My first goal when I speak with you is to find out what your needs are, what type of loan you need and what you want from that loan. For some people its all about interest rate and repayment, while for others it may be about access to redraw money, portability or having split accounts. I also note down your entire financial situation and then go and search for loan products that will suit your needs.

The part I love the most about my work is passing on knowledge, which is when I get to explain your loan options. Many people are surprised with different loan products out there and I am always happy to explain things over again until you are happy and comfortable with your loan choice. Once all necessary paper work is collected the application process begins.

In some instances it may be due to your financial situation or because I believe it’s not worthwhile for you. Many people who want to refinance their loan do not know about the penalties their current loan provider have when paying out a loan, and with the fees and charges of a new loan it may mean the cost of refinancing out ways the benefits.

 

Service Guarantee

  1. I will contact you within 12 business hours of your calling me or contacting me on my e-mail.
  2. I will submit your loan application to the relevant lender within 24 hours of completing the loan application and receiving all necessary information.
  3. I will keep you informed of the progress of your loan application by phone and/or mail, as shown on my service flowchart.
    You will be contacted when:
    • You receive conditional approval
    • Your valuation is reported back by lender
    • Your final approval has been granted
    • Settlement occurs

IF I FAIL THESE GUARANTEES YOU WILL RECEIVE $100 PER INDISCRETION!

Terms & Conditions: $100 per indiscretion will be given in a form of a cheque, provided within 7 days of complaint. The final decision will be made by ‘Tailored Loan Solutions’.
